Susan Winterbottom-Shadday has degrees from New England Conservatory and SUNY Stony Brook. Her teachers have included Daniel Katzen, Jon Menkis, William Purvis, Nedo Pandolfi, Jean Rife, Eli Epstein and Paul Anderson. In addition to teaching music in the Bristol-Warren Public Schools, Susan teaches privately and is the adjunct horn teacher at Salve Regina University. An active freelancer, she is a member of Your Favorite Brass Quintet, the Hornithology Ensemble, and the Claflin Hill Symphony Orchestra.
